I am pastor of Dakota Baptist Church. On behalf of our church family I offer you a warm welcome to our information page.  We are by faith and practice an old fashioned, Bible preaching, Baptist Church.  At Dakota Baptist Church we still believe in personal holiness that leads us to Christ honoring lives.

If your desire is to find a Baptist Church that still preaches and practices the Old Line Faith of our fathers then we would be honored if you would visit our church.  Ours is the Church where people take the time to be friendly.  All of our guests are considered to be a personal blessing from our Lord.  We want you to be welcome in our church and services.

We at Dakota Baptist Church still believe the saying, “if you believe what the Bible (KJB 1611) teaches then attend a church that teaches the Bible.”  We strive to teach the Bible.  We hold that the King James Bible is the Bible for the English speaking people of our day.  It, and it alone, is the inspired, inerrant and preserved Word of God.  For those who might be seeking a church home, we require a genuine testimony of salvation.  We do not believe in any mixture of works in salvation.  Not even the Works of a prayer.  We also accept only Baptist baptism from a Baptist Church. We do not, as a rule, accept statement of faith for membership.  That generally means someone is mad at someone and we do not need that in our church.  The Bible teaches very plainly that a believer is supposed to reconcile with a brother.  First reconcile, then come talk to us.
